(POP) nouveau: selective release union presents the selected works and history of the individuals
that helped to build what Vantage Bulletin is today, and what it has come represent; these artists
continue to musically direct and design in a method that establishes a work ethic, define an artistic calibre
, and extend their creative outreach in boundless productive directions. The documents shown herein,
have the burden of proof stamped solemnly with hard driven veracity, and the dampness of countless,
sweat drenched, work hours: a testament of artistic dedication, and an honorable contribution to the
ever expanding world of experimental music.

As a continuing canon of an ongoing historical presentation, these humble releases will grow continuously,
with a total of fifty, all written, performed and crafted exclusively by the musicians directly involved in the
development of Vantage Bulletin; the flaws found within these documents are noticeable, the scratches
and imperfections are truth, and left liable and visible for all to bear witness to, and as this is made aware,
a general rating scale is applied to imply precaution, as to not assume all is of equal quality, but instead
and without exclusive reverence, all presented herein, is of an equal importance to the history of what has
been drafted, cherished, and valued, in the present embodiment of what Vantage has come to characterize.

Thank you for your interest, and time. (jamison williams)

JUNE 27, 2009

I had the pleasant opportunity to play with Greg Leibowitz (drums) in Orlando at the Florida Quarterly Noise Fest (Will's Pub);
he, along with Kris Gruda, really presented to me a fine knowledge of improvized playmanship, I was completely amazed
by both of their abilities, not only that, but I have to thank Greg personally for filling a spot on such short notice.

The video of the event can be found here, and thanks to Danny McGuire for the quality film: Jamison Williams trio (QNF)

MAY 23, 2009

Jamison Williams will be joining Kris Gruda and Neil Bishop for a unprecedented trio occasion at both Orlando events
(see: Schedule) on May 23rd/June 27th: Jamison Williams (alto sax), Kris Gruda (guitar), and Neil Bishop (drums);
it will certainly be an event well worth your time in gold.

FEB 16, 2009

TRAPBOMB played International Noise Conference in Miami, FL (CHURCHILL'S PUB), this past Saturday, fantastic set, short and sweet;

many of the participants couldn't make it out (originally expected nine, wound up having a decent quartet) due to financial circumstances, and other bullshit,

but all in all, the overall performance went over like gangbusters; two rules: listen for the drum count, and watch for the finger.

GOAL: a twenty piece ensemble.
